TO NOTE:

The Synod has developed a new constitution, and all congregations are tasked with adapting their constitutions as a result. This new constitution requires 2 readings before the congregation. The first will be on January 25th during the Lunch & Learn, where there will be a chance to raise questions in regards to changes in the constitution. The second reading will be occur on March 1st before the AGM. You can find the constitution changes attached and also posted on the bulletin board by the photocopier. Please note both meetings require a quorum of 30.
