USHERS ARE STILL NEEDED FOR THE CHRISTMAS DAY SERVICE.
The congregation of Augustana is collecting a secret Christmas/Year End Gift of cash for Pastor Kirk.If you wish to contribute, please enclose your donation in a blue envelope (found in the offering plate at the back of the church) and mark it “Pastor’s Gift”. If contributing a cheque, please make it payable to KIRK TASTAD. Gifts will be accepted until noon on December 28th and are not eligible for charitable donation tax receipts.
In relation to charitable donations, the final deposit of cash and cheque offerings contributed to Augustana in 2025 will be December 30th. E-Transfers will still be accepted on Dec. 31st. We kindly ask that you send in any Year End contributions before 12pm on December 30th so as to be counted correctly on your tax receipt statements for 2025.
This would be greatly appreciated.
And just a reminder that your 2025 tax statements will be from March to December 2025 as January to February were sent out in March in relation to the federal government permitting the use of donations made during the period January 1 – February 28, 2025 when filing your 2024 taxes.
